Balance

I apologize for me being depressed in my last couple posts, but after a few rough days, I am feeling much better. Especially after reading the sweet things my dear husband wrote about me... I just love him. Thank you for all the sweet texts and comments from friends and family, by the way.

We are getting into the groove of balancing our lives. School, work, exercise, church, each other, etc. It's feeling more like a routine now, which is good. It's hard prioritizing everything, though. I realize that now more than ever. But, Jesse and I continue to learn that we can do all things with the Lord's help.

Here's a look on the past couple days:

I got back into the work mode! And, look! An apple :)

My dear mother is the best and surprised me with a cute shirt from cherrylane. She is the best.

I made a real dinner! Caribbean Shish Kabobs. They were delicious! I found the recipe on my friends blog and really enjoyed it.

I swear we only get to spend time together while we are studying at the library... but I sure do enjoy being with him:)

Jesse bought a bike! It's been great and fun for him to ride around campus. Yes, he still rides his motorcycle, but the bike will be good for winter. Or so he convinced me...

Glad you are feeling better sister!

I remember those days well. Dad and I would get up drive together to BYU. Go to classes all day. He would then pick me up at the library, go home have eggs and hash browns(emphasis said in the wrong place) and then study. I would instantly fall asleep when studying and then he would wake me up for bedtime. We would then do it all over again. It's just the norm when your both in school. Your dinners look a lot better than anything I could cook the first 6 months of our marriage. Your way ahead of me! I love your posts and I love the both of you.

Those kebobs Look delicious. You are in the school mode and that is just the way it is until you graduate. Keep doing it well and you will be surprised how it all turns out. I am happy you like your work. You look cute with that apple. I hope Jesse isn't disappointed with his bike when the snow comes. It looks like a nice bike.

Yes, your Mom is the greatest and she is always doing good things.
