I have seen a few posts about this from other blogs and I thought I'd join in on the fun.
As great as UVU is, it sure has it's down falls.
1. Their parking is the absolute worst. I get to school about one half hour before school starts just to find a parking spot remotely close to where I need to be. It is honestly the most frustrating part of my day.
2. It's a high school reunion. Not that there is anything wrong with seeing so many people I know, but it just reminds me that I am still in Utah county with the same people I have been with for years. Although, I do enjoy having people I know in my classes because it gets me past the "finding someone to talk to" stage. So, I guess it's not that bad.
3. There are immature boys everywhere. Looking you up and down, yelling weird things, saying stupid things in class, etc. Not to be harsh toward the male kind but, really, go on a mission and grow up a little bit. (meant in the nicest way possible, really)
There. I am done venting.
Those are the only bad things I can think of... I really have enjoyed my first week of school. I have great teachers and I think I will really enjoy my classes. I have a few classes with some friends, which is nice. I really am lucky to have a university so close to me, that's for sure. I am thankful I am able to attend college! :)
Go wolverines! :)
