Pre-Christmas Fun

Until I read my friend Brooke's blog where she apologized for doing a "catch up" post where you say everything you've done in the last week, instead of a post for each event, I haven't realized that I really should say sorry for posting so many pictures and catching up on everything that has occured in the last two weeks of my life. It has been a very busy week though, and there has been no time for blogging. So, here I am, doing a catch up post of the last week.  :)

We celebrated my parents 30th anniversary with dinner at La Jolla Groves, followed by a trip to the toy store in Riverwoods, Chess with the girls, and Modern Family. 

 My two favorite things :)

 Mom, Karrissa, Joe, and I took the little girls to a princess festival at the mall. The girls loved it! We went to lunch and did lots of Christmas shopping before going to A Christmas Carol with the whole family.

Thursday morning Jesse and I attented the temple for Brooke's first time. It was such a wonderful expereince to see my best friend go through the temple. I cannot wait to have a temple-going girlfriend. 

We celebrated Jon's 11th birthday that night!

Friday night after work, we headed up to Salt Lake for dinner at Olive Garden and the Temple Square lights. I love being with all my family. I am so very blessed to have such amazing people in my life.

Merry Chirstmas Eve! I am so excited to spend tonight with Jesse's family and then tomorrow morning with mine. What a special time of year this is... :)
