Goodbye 2011

The year 2011 has been very good to Jesse and me. Mostly because it was the year we got married (and what a glorious day that was)! Besides being sealed in the temple for all eternity, 2011 also brought us:

2 apartments

A new job for the both of us

A trip to California and Moses Lake with my family

A nephew

A finished semester in college each

Widsom teeth surgery

Gallbladder surgery

A whole lot of fun times at the Yandow household

My first half marathon

2 new callings

A new life road map in the Airforce

Spiritual growth

And love that grew as Jesse and I grew closer together

Although last year was amazing, we are looking forward to the year ahead of us. Jesse and I sat down for FHE on the 2nd and made a list of our goals. It it always great to see both of us wanting to be better.

We rung in 2012 by eating lots of delicious food and playing games at the Rife's house. As always, it was a good time. It was also Janet's birthday and it was nice spending time with her, talking and laughing. Happy birthday to my aunt Janet! After midnight, we went to Jesse's house to visit and celebrate with them, which consisted of Jesse falling asleep on the couch while Kim and I danced around the house to music. We were lucky to be surrounded by our amazing families the whole day! 

Sunday, January 1st was baby Greyson's blessing. I had to rush off to work after the blessing, but the rest of the family got together at my parent's after. We were happy the whole family could see our sweet little boy blessed!
