My Last Days As a Teenager

Jesse started school on Wednesday, but I don't start until Monday, which means I have had some time on my hands. What did I do with that time? Well...

I grabbed some Costa Vida by myself and watched The Bachelor
I wore my new workout clothes to power pump with Jenny and Hillary

And I watched a lot of 30 Rock late at night while Jesse was a sleep. A picture is obviously not necessary.

Jesse and I sold our couches and were waiting to get this free one from Brent and Tash and he told me he wouldn't be able to pick it up until Saturday. But then, I came home from work on Thursday to the new couch and a new black coffee table I have been wanting! My husband is the greatest! :)
Today I went to the chiropractor (I hurt my back at work...), then to the eye doctor. They dilated my eyes and I spent the next few hours blinded by the light and not able to see things up close. Ryan, my mom, and I then went to Costco and Target. I used my Christmas money to get some decorations for my newly improved living room. Ryan also got me a new red rug for my birthday! Hooray for great brothers!
 Before...
 After!
New curtains, platter thing, and Jesse looks even cuter studying now...
This is now hanging on my wall and I LOVE it. I want a big one of these in my house one day for my kids to always see.

Now, Jesse and I just finished dinner and are going to enjoy Lord of the Rings. Say goodbye to teenage Lysha, because tomorrow I will be a whole new person! ;-)

I laughed out loud at Sheree's comment... 'platter'. Say it five times fast.

Love your apartment. It looks great! I especially like the posted sign! If we could all follow those rules the world be a better place.
