Valentines Weekend

On Friday the family got together at the BYU gymnastics meet to support Sarah and then the girls and I saw The Vow together, which obviously was fun. Although I literally sobbed during the entire movie and for a few hours after... I liked the movie. I always love a good chick flick, even if it does make me think things like, "What if Jesse gets in a plane crash and has brain damaged and doesn't remember be and never loves me again!?" Haha.. No, I'm not dramatic at all!

Saturday night was a date out with my husband! We needed a night alone together because our week days are so dang busy! We went to Best Buy and bought a few DVD's to start our Blue-Ray collection, ate a delicious dinner at P.F. Changs and then watched The Blind Side. It was the perfect night. Jesse and I had a great talk at dinner about things we never get the time to think or talk about: how to better our marriage, goals for the week, and lots of mushy love sutff :)

Monday night while Jesse wouldn't let me be with him so he could make my present, I went to Pizza Factory with my parents. I love them both dearly and it's always nice having time to sit and talk with them.

We had a simple but great Valentines Day. Jesse and I exchanged (mostly) homemade presents before school, had a delicious dinner with my family, and then spent the rest of the night together.

He just woke up from a nap and wasn't thrilled about taking a picture...
My gifts to him! Kit-Kats, coupon book, frame of a paper that says "I'm Crazy About You" (inside thing...), a note :)
I may have watched our wedding video which got me in the lovey-dovey mood. Real wedding pictures coming SOOON!
Jesse spent hours working on the cutest homemade book! It was a story about us but using all my favorite tv show titles... sounds confusing, but it was so cute. Love that boy.
Best part of today... we got our wedding book! :)
 The dinner guests :)
