Father's Day Weekend

Father's day weekend was great!

Saturday went a little like this:
I went to a spinning class at the gym and Jesse bought a new bike! He sold his other one and bought this one, which has a smaller frame so he is able to do tricks. He practices all the time now… it's quite cute.
Then we went to the pool with Rachel, Mike, Curtis, Treg, Eliza, Tiffany, Kenton, Mitch, and Tayler. Woo! We played tag in the lazy river and you cannot imagine the fun we children had...
He thinks he is cool… :)
That night we had a date night with Mitch and Tay! We tried out their favorite restaurant and then saw Snow White. The food was delectable, the movie was not the greatest thing that's ever happened.

Now for actual Father's Day! Jesse and I attended the parent's ward so we could be with both families! We had a DELICIOUS dinner at my house, along with lots of face-swapping good moments. My daddy opened some gifts and we had dessert! We stopped by Jesse's house to say hi to Pa and hang out for a bit. All in all, it was a great day. I am SO grateful for all the father-figures in my life. Of course, my daddy is number one, though. I love him with all my heart and will forever be thankful for all he does. He is an incredible example of hard work, selflessness, and love. Grandpa's, uncles, cousins, Pa, Mark, Joe, and Mike are also amazing examples to me and I'm grateful they are apart of my life.

Words cannot express how excited I am for Jesse to become a father. I think my all time favorite moment will be seeing him look at his child for the first time, right when he/she is born. Ah! Butterflies.  I am grateful for him and the example he is to me and will be for our children.

Hehehehe…
 Daddy's little girls!
 Thanks to Karrissa for decorating!
