Pre-Christmas Adventures

Here is a picture tour of the first half of our Christmas break!

We, of course, enjoyed seeing A Christmas Carol with the family. Keeping traditions alive!
Which was followed by a Batman watching party. Look how cozy that room is… I love it. All bundled up with Jess.
We found out who is really in charge at the house…
Oddly enough, there were a few warm enough evenings where I was able to go run! I've decided cool weather is my favorite. Not too cold but not blistering hot.
As much as I complain about the weather in Utah… look at that beautiful sunset!
We saw the new Hobbit movie with my family!
 Sheree re-did my melt!
I worked. Which was great. Took a few car-naps.
We went with Jesse's family to see Eliza perform in the Nutcracker
Jesse's mom directed a wonderful Christmas play that we saw together as a family!
Me and Sis. Flynn threw a Christmas party for our cute primary girls!
The "chemistry study group" met up for dinner at Wingers. I like eating much more than I like studying. Love them dearly.
Christmas shopping and wrapping with mi madre
Our West Valley friends invited us to a ugly-sweater party. It was so fun! We ate breakfast for dinner, played catch phrase, and did a white elephant exchange. We are quite lucky for such fun, married friends. On our way there we had to stop to take a picture of this incredible sunset!
Cade obviously won the contest…
 Just rockin' the Christmas sweater
We all went to Kneaders for breakfast on Jonny's birthday!
Christmas Sunday we went to church, had dinner with my family, dessert for Jon, then visited the Cox family to meet baby Copelyn Navy for the first time. I of course fell in love with her!
I worked my second to last shift on Christmas Eve, which I obviously had to wear my Christmas sweater to. I was quite the festive CNA that day. After work it was so windy when I was walking to my car, and while I was about to take a picture of my festive outfit, this picture happened. Not on purpose. Just a little windy, is all. My family thought it was quite funny… I just struggle a little.

Great photos of a good Christmas break. Or the start of Christmas break. Between the two families being so close you get in on all sorts of celebrations. I love the windy picture and your melt that Sheree did turned out well. I wish I had known before hand that Kim's play was at Mtn. View as we would have loved to attend. I don't think you realize how blessed you are to be able to chronicle your life in this manner. It is so much easier than what we have always done. Keep it up!
Love all the pictures lyshy!!!
