Alysha's 21st Birthday
I was spoiled for my birthday all weekend long! First, while Jesse and Cade were at a meeting, Bridget and I went shopping at City Creek. The boys met us for dinner at Cheesecake Factory, which always makes for a good birthday. We drove up to Park City after to spend the night at their condo. We did a little more shopping at the outlets! Jesse told me to pick out what I wanted and he wouldn't even say it was too expensive or that he was bored and wanted to leave… now THAT is a good husband. We enjoyed hot tubbing out in the freezing cold, eating all my faaave treats (aka: hot cheeeets), watching movies, and sleeping. I couldn't think of anything I would love more. I'm so grateful for my sweet husband and our amazing friends.
Embracing the cold to get to the hot tub...
Bridget surprised me with a cute cake she made! And squeeze-its of course...
Sunday night my mom made dinner and dessert for both mine and Jesse's family, which was super sweet of her. I am truly blessed to have two incredible families, especially that live three houses apart. We had the same dinner and dessert I choose for my birthday every year… pasta bar and angel food cake. Woot woot!
Cute presents from my mom!
I was very spoiled! Plus, my mom bought my some needed nursing school supplies!
Since I partied all weekend, my actual birthday was very relaxed, which is fiiiine by me. Besides the minor detail of STARTING NURSING SCHOOL! Happy birthday to me, the first day of the rest of my life! After school, I had the whole day to myself before Jesse got home. What did I do? My two favorite things of course: ate Costa Vida while watching t.v. Sadly, I watched Grey's Anatomy for multiple hours, but honestly, it was the best day. Jesse and I planned on going to dinner but neither of us were hungry when he got home, so we just hung out before going to his parent's house for presents and dessert.
21-year-old me… looking old eh? Nope. Still like a 12 year old.
One of my favorite things about being married is that I get to find cute notes on random days.
If all that wasn't enough, my cute friends took me to dinner! I love them dearly and it was so great catching up with them.
I am extremely blessed to have so many people around me, loving and spoiling me! What an incredible 21 years I've had… can't wait to see what the next 21 will bring.
