Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is great.  It really is. But it's just not mine and Jesse's thing. Haha, is that sad? I think we just do romantic things because it's what couples are supposed to do. I love my husband every day and we surprise each other with cute gifts on random days, so why have only ONE day for that? Don't get me wrong, it's a cute holiday, and I secretly enjoy getting flowers and treats, but I also feel like it's a waste of money at times. Anywho, this year we had a good day. We both went to school all day, then went to dinner, and then went to the temple for CC's first time! I was grateful she invited us to be there for her special day. I can't think of a better way to celebrate love than in the temple with my husband and friends.

The night before Valentine's day, Jesse and I were talking about how expensive flowers get on this holiday and I said, "Yeah, I would much rather get a bag of hot cheetos or something than flowers and chocolates." The morning of V-day, look what I woke up to… :) He had already bought them before I told him that last night… He knows me too well! 

 I am literally crazy about Jesse. He is my everything. I don't know what I would do without him! So grateful we are married for eternity.
