I have a crush on my husband, dog, and the park

I believe I have an obsession with my dog. Jesse thinks it's weird. I think it's great. So, when my family went to Georgia for a week, Jesse and I watched the house and took care of the cute schnoodle. It was sunny all week so we took lots of trips to the park, which is always a good idea.

This was a couple weeks ago, but a very funny moment. The poodle and I started on our run but about a mile in Rory decided she was not having it. She was just done. So I started headed home and stopped at my brothers house to get her some water because I thought she was going to die of heat exhaustion. We started walking home and she just sat down. No more walking for her. So… I did the logical thing and called my dad to come pick her up so I could finish my run. Funny poodle. This pic is us sitting on the sidewalk in the shade waiting for dad… She's only a little bit spoiled.
Michael and Erin joined us for the park fun. The boys did gymnastics and lifting and stuff and we just soaked up the sun.
Date night for J and I consisted of a trip to the mall, dinner, treats and a movie. The typical, but perfect night.
 My two loves  :)
You know, living with your parents means your mom does most the grocery shopping, which has pros and cons. I think the only con is that when she leaves for a week, you forget what to buy at the store. So, I bought the essentials… :)
I completely understand why dogs are called "A man's best friend"… is that embarrassing?
Is this getting weird?
Don't worry, I like humans too. Specifically this human.
How can you not want to take pictures of her ALL the time?!

Woah here comes a long comment..so much to say.little.space. First I swear Lysh you and I are soulmates...I AM SO GLAD somebody gets it about the dog thing. I don't know if you ever realized my obsession with Saders magoo but I seriously adore that stinking mutt. Before I married Rolf my best friend told her that I would probably love Sadie more than I did him. Just saying...She is my heart and soul..I can't explain how happy she makes me and how cute she is, so funny about Rory being done on the walk. B) Hells to the yes reward yourself with the hot cheets! You deserve it. Lastly I always forget you guys call Jill Jillboa Baggins and it seriousyl gets me every time... like I bust up laughing out loud at work...I love it. She is such an amazing woman!!

Love the photos of you and the dog and Jesse. I think it is funny that you had to call your Dad to come get Rory. Evidently you wore her out. She usually finishes your runs doesn't she? Nice food you purchased while Mom was gone. Love you kiddo!
