ROTC Stuff

1. Tri-Det: a friendly competition against U of U and USU detachments. It was fun to see J in his element doing inspections, marching, and doing obstacle courses. I gotta sit with another wife the whole time, who has a baby, which is always good.

2. Dining-Out: All of Det 855 always has a nice dinner at the end of the year. This year was especially cool because Jesse performed with the four-man team! It was the best time I have seen that routine performed! Such a fun, patriotic night with friends. I'm grateful Jesse and I get to be apart of such an amazing organization.

Four Man drill team and their dates!

3. Hiking the Y with Jesse's flight: Each flight gets points for doing certain things together… hiking the Y was one of the big points! So, for FHE we hiked to the Y and had so much fun! I love that Jesse likes to make me apart of what he does in ROTC.

4. BYU Campus drill team performance: In order to prepare for NIDM (national invitational drill meet), the 12 man drill team performed their routine on campus at BYU. I'm usually brought along as the film crew… :)

Why do we both look so awkward? And like we are pooping our pants? Ha. Golden.

5. Random Stuff:

Jesse and his friend Austin decided to make a company called Check Six Industries. They've actually sold quite a bit of shirts! I wear mine like every day.

Ha, the only thing I really remember from all of this is the "why do we look like we are pooping our pants!" ha ha
