School Update

Tomorrow we start Block 5.0 at school. Which means only 10 more blocks left…that's 14.5 months!! I can do that, right? Block 3.0 clinicals were a bit boring… so mostly my friend Jenner and I just entertained each other by playing checkers, making up jokes, and taking pictures of ourselves. Obviously we worked when there was work but there was just not much to do at the place we were at. Block 4.0 was pharmacology, which scared me to death! But the good news is, I passed both the tests, so now it's onto block 5, Med Surg. I absolutely love my friends at school. We spend almost all of our days together, so we've gotten really close. I love learning to be a nurse. It's honestly like a dream come true. I can't wait until I'm an actual nurse!

Why yes, that is a collar on my scrubs.
Leaving at 5 a.m.. too early for lysha.
One morning I found this note in my pocket from Jesse. He is the best. I love those little notes.
 Bored…
 First pharmacology test
Roseman put on a 5k run and health fair a couple weeks ago. I was happy to run the race and then talk to random strangers about blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, etc. at the health fair. All these people kept asking me questions like a was a nurse or something… I'm not sure I always gave the correct information, but I tried. Haha… poor me.
 The nursing students that ran!
Brittany… one of my best friends at school. And twin racer, obviously.
 Second pharmacology test
Usually after every test I reward myself with a bag of hot cheets, TV, and a nap. Am I the laziest, fattest person ever for doing so? Most likely. Will I stop because of that? Probably not.

Hey, proud of you for the run and especially the pharmacology tests, /great job, sweetie? I remember doing a health fair when I was in MOA school and it scared me too. Because I was an older (45) woman they came to me for questions and I wasn't sure I told everybody the right thing but you do your best.
