Back To Texas

We finally made it back home after so many great weeks in Utah! I was excited to get back to our house, sleep in our own bed, and start our normal routine again. We ran errands, had little date nights, crib-trained Lucy, hung out with friends, etc. It feels good to be back "home"!

Last minutes snuggles with aunt Karrissa! Plus...a few tears again, of course, saying goodbye to my parents and sister! :(

And we're off!

Slept like this for most of the plane ride!

Lucy's two month appointment went great! 12 lbs and 24.5 inches of delicious baby :) We are so grateful for our healthy baby! But sadly, it was immunization day for her too. I have been so anxious about her getting her shots, I knew I was gonna cry and feel so bad for her. It was so hard for me to see her cry so hard but luckily she was tired, so after a few minutes of crying, she immediately fell asleep in her carseat. She was a tough girl :)

She was just a little fussy the rest of the day...and cried if you touched her legs at all! It was sad!

Snuggles from daddy always help though!

So grateful she woke up so happy the next morning!

Lucy figured out that being held is much more fun than not...so I get stopped quite frequently while trying to workout at home, but how could I be mad!? Look at that little face!
