Beginning of November: Lucy Shots, Jesse ER Visit, and Voting

November 1st - 9th

Lucy's one year check up and shots!
Her face when I told her she was getting six shots.... ;)
Watching the shot givers very closely! ;)
Poor girl! She was oh so sad but was a tough girl!
Obviously playing in the laundry basket is super funny!
She loves brushing her teeth -- aka: sucking off the toothpaste

She carried that pumpkin around and wanted to wear her ears for weeks after Halloween!
How primary presidency meetings go when Lucy gets to come...
Our daily walk to the mailbox! Just look at how cute Lucy is, not how much makeup my face doesn't have on it....

Our adventure to the ER for an infected hangnail: after ripping a small skin from his nail, over the week it slowly got grossly infected. One Friday night it was hurting him so bad and he wasn't really able to use that hand, the tricare nurse advice line suggested we go to the ER to get it fixed instead of waiting until Monday. So, our friends came and watched Lucy for us while we took a little trip to the hospital! We didn't feel dumb at all for being seen for such things...haha! After a few painful shots and some digging around and cleaning out, he got bandaged up and we headed home! We decided to pick up a pizza for ourselves and our friends so I told Jesse to call and order at the Pizza Hut right by the base, specifically. Well, we get there and they don't have our order. Jess comes moping back to the car saying he ordered it to one 15 minutes away....hahah! Such a Lysha thing to do. ;) So we made our journey for the evening just a bit longer, but finally made it back to the house with antibiotics for his finger and pizza for our bellies. I'd say that was quite the Friday night date, wouldn't you? :)
The cutest walking buddy in town :)
And the sweetest napping buddy too :) Sometimes gets spoiled with nursing to sleep....shh!
Morning shenanigans
Ready to go vote for our new president!
 Stickers are hard...
Working weekends means Jesse gets to play Mr. Mom!
