Drop Night Class 17-04
I don't even know how to formulate words good enough to describe how anticipated March 10th has been for us! We have anxiously been waiting to find out what plane Jesse will fly, and therefore the rest of our lives, basically. So, we were definitely ready for this night!! :)
Mark and Steph drove up for the weekend and were able to be there, which meant a lot, having some family there for this big night. After waiting around for what felt like forever, drop night officially began and was so much fun. Jesse's class has been so awesome and it was fun seeing where everyone will be going and what they will be flying!
Jess was finally up and we were so excited to see that he will be flying the F-16!!! :) And will be stationed at Luke AFB, AZ for training! We were both ecstatic! It's so amazing seeing a life long dream of someone you love come true. He did it! He will officially be a fighter pilot!
It was such a fun, thrilling night and all our families were so excited to hear the news. We said so many prayers of gratitude to our Father in Heaven that night. None of this would be possible without Him, obviously. Or His guidance. We hope and pray the future will be bright and we will be able to be missionaries wherever the Lord sends us. Bring on the Air Force adventure!
