Oceanside: part 1

Let the Parsons Family Fun Week in Oceanside, California begin! :) Jesse, Lucy, and I drove to Dallas to fly to San Diego. We met my parents there and got to spend some time with just them before the rest of the family arrived the next day. We drove an hour to our hotel, checked in, then went on a long walk to the pier! We had a yummy dinner at this cute restaurant, walked on the pier and beach, then headed back to the hotel! After a terrible nights sleep, we checked out and got the most delicious breakfast at a nearby restaurant, then to the airport to pick up Tasha and Cora, then to the beach house! And that's when the fun began...

 Lucy did pretty good on the plane ride. Turns out it much easier to travel with two parents instead of one! 

She thought feeding Poppa fries was the funniest thing ever! 

Lucy absolutely LOVED the pier. She was in heaven running the whole thing, and sitting on Poppa's shoulders pointing to the ocean saying water over and over. 

 32 weeks with baby boy -- and white as can be, haha! 

 It was so late "Texas time" so poor little Lucy's body clock was off and she COULD NOT stay awake on our walk home. And sadly the sleep that followed was not the best either...the hotel was a cheap one and so the walls were so thin and some very loud drunk boys were up ALL night...oh man! 

 And cause of the time change, she was up niiiice and early. So this was our 5 am view...

Later that morning we checked out of the hotel and walked along the shops and found a fun little place for breakfast! Then we drove to pick up Tasha and Cora from the airport and meet everyone at the house!
