Finishing 2017

It felt so nice to finally get out of the house for some fresh air after having such a sick week! Lucy loved feeding the ducks and playing at the park, of course.
I was just slightly afraid of that white one...he had no boundaries and just really wanted our bread!
Monkey see, monkey do. Gotta get that milk! ;)
This was a big day for Lucy girl. I took her to a pediatric ophthalmologist to see why her right eye has been watering (for over a year now!) and was planning on an easy clogged tear duct solution. Well, turns out she has a blocked nose duct that needs a surgical fix, and she has astigmatism and nearsightedness. So missy here is getting glasses! I feel so bad that she hasn't been seeing clearly for who knows how long and I had no idea. She tried on some glasses but we ended up getting some cuter pairs :)

Christmas outfit from Grandma and Poppa - going to pick out some glasses.
We had a fun evening at the Myers house for some yummy bbq kabobs, playing on the tramp, and talking!
Last day of 2017 - church, naps, dinner and party at a friends house!

So much has happened this year - announced our pregnancy, took family vacations, Jesse graduated pilot training, we welcomed Charlie boy to the world, lived apart for 6 weeks, visited with Utah family, Lucy has grown and learned so much, moved to Arizona....so much change. But so much good! We've made incredible life long friends this year and really grown as a family. Even though change is hard, and this year hasn't always been easy, I'm grateful for all it brought! Bring it on 2018!
